If you are not finding one or more files, we have some tips that may help:
If you are using iCloud (to see if iCloud is enabled go to Settings -> Prêt-à-Template):
- Turn your device off and on (this forces iCloud to check the status of your files)
- Check if the files are available in iCloud, for that go to Settings -> iCloud -> Manage Store -> Prêt-à-Template and check if your files are listed in the cloud. If the files aren't available, chances are you weren't using iCloud when you generated them. The Prêt-à-Template App never deletes a file from iCloud.
If you are not using iCloud:
- Go to Files and export all files to any folder in iCloud Drive to have a backup. If the application is deleted the files will be lost.
Files section is a good place to find a lost file as it shows all the files present in iCloud and in the local folder.
