New update problems

I installed the new update yesterday. Now whenever I try opening something I was previously working on, the app closes. If I try a new template the app usually closes. However, the app but will sometimes open the new template without closing. If it does open, there are multiple tools don’t work including the pencil, pen, and new hair tools. And after a little while the app closes again.

Hey guys, after installing the new update I got the black screen I closed out of the app and clicked on the app again to open. It still got the black screen. I restarted my iPad still got the black screen when I clicked on the app. then I deleted the app and restarted my iPad and then I reinstall the template app and now I can see my screen, but I think I lost that dragon drop feature that was in the other version before this you could drag you could click on the color and drag it and drop it into your space. I don’t see that no more and if it’s there, I don’t know where it’s at. I’ve looked everywhere in the app, so does anybody know what happened to that feature? Is it gone? Can we get it back?

My app keeps force closing and I am still waiting on a reply.

Same! They messaged me on Instagram and told me it was fix a few days after the update problem started. But mine is still not working. They asked what iPad I have and what iOS. I told them and never got a response. I’ve been checking every day but it’s the same so I just deleted my subscription. Unfortunately it charged for the month like 2 days before.

Ok, things were working this morning, all the tools and everything. As long as i was using my finger instead of my ipencil. I reset my ipencil which requires restarting my iPad, and after that things worked with the pencil for like 30 seconds and then the app closed on me. I was really excited for like 2 whole minutes. Im hoping this means it’ll be fixed soon.
