(Urgent!!!) Why my files can’t open suddenly and keep loading

I left the app for awhile to search things from safari when I back to the app my work suddenly like this. Can anyone help me and give me some solutions?!!! I need to use it for the assignment two days later. 😭😭Thanks

We sorry for this bug. You can try the following:

Turn your device off and on (this forces iCloud to check the status of your files)

This action could help you to access this loading projects.

desimon Yes many times. I also checked on icloud and everything was ok. I spent several days trying, but today I had to uninstall the app and lost my files

If you use iCloud, your files are safe even if you uninstall the app.

Please, try to share the project with problem (long press the project on the Gallery and choose Share -> Project File), and send to us to analyze this issue and fix this bug.

Files that can't be loaded can't be shared so there is no way to send you a bug report. Do you have any solution to this bug yet? Thanks.
