Hi, I subscribed but I can’t have access to the tools, can somebody help me? Thank you

Earlier we had problems with our server, so the subscriptions were not being validated.
The issue has been fixed and your app should now have all functions available.

You don't need to delete or resubscribe. If your subcription is active your app is with all function enabled now.
