Earlier this week, we had problems with our server, so the subscriptions were not validating.
We fixed the issue, and your app should now have all functions available.
You don't need to delete or re-subscribe. If your subscription is active, your app has all functions enabled now.
On the subscription screen, try to click on the "Restore Purchase" button to force enable your subscription.
