Why subscribe to Prêt-à-Template?
By subscribing to Prêt-à-Template, you get full access to all our templates, patterns, drawing tools. You are also contributing to the development of the Prêt-à-Template project, receiving regular updates of new content and features. Check out our Subscription page to learn more.
How do I get charged?
Your subscription will be charged directly to your Apple Account once you confirm the purchase, or at the end of your free trial. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same price and duration period (one month/three months/one year), unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription or free trial anytime. The Prêt-à-Template team cannot cancel or change your subscription, only you can manage it on your device.
Here’s how: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Tap Prêt-à-Template and then Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial. If you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes! Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Tap Prêt-à-Template and choose your new subscription plan out of the options available.

How do I restore my subscription?
Tap “Restore Purchase” on the Subscription screen, or go to Subscribe Now on the app’s menu and tap “Restore Purchase”.
If you’re having trouble restoring your purchases, contact our support.
What happens to my sketches if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, all your sketches will remain in your gallery, including templates and patterns you have used in them. You can keep drawing and modifying them, however you’ll only be able to access selected free features.
How can I get a refund?
The Prêt-à-Template team cannot directly refund you. To request a refund, go to Apple's Report a Problem and choose the option “Request a refund”.
